It was short and simple, leaning towards casual conversation while keeping it professional. The interviewers are very open to hearing your opinions and interest to know more about you, outside of what you put in your resume.

I had an unpleasant experience with Regen Rehab during the interview process. On two separate occasions, interview times were set, but I ended up waiting for a long time as the interviewer was unavailable. After waiting for quite some time, I was told the interviews would need to be rescheduled. Following that, there was no further communication or updates from the company.
This experience left me feeling disrespected and unvalued as a candidate. I’m not sure if others have faced similar issues, but to this company, I would advise being more professional in handling candidates and their time.

it was a easy going interview, general personality and hard-skill technical questions were asked. interviewer was kind and helpful with my questions as well. Was good to know the hospital is expanding and have career growth for employees
