Entrevista
The interview comprised of two main components including a phone interview and a test done on google docs. The phone interview was mostly about experience and company culture including how they value transparency in company. I share the same values where I believe in being straight forward and honest with people because it avoids a feeling of distrust. During my interviewed I was pushed forward to the second portion of the interview where I was given a test to compare photos of different bags. Because of my experience with handbags comparing craftmanship and authenticity of items the test was quite natural but immediately after completing my test. The odd part to me was "during my test" they decided that I was unqualified for the position because of key factors and that I was not going to be offered the position. The odd part to me was they waited until after I had completed my forms and shared valuable authentication knowledge to tell me so instead of interrupting my test and having an incomplete form. As I value transparency there is something odd in that timing. I look forward in the company reading this and possibly reaching out to me with more specifics.
