Me contactaron por teléfono para investigar sobre mi interés por la oferta, hice unos tests online muy largos (2 horas aprox), una prueba presencial técnica con posterior entrevista con RRHH y por ultimo entrevista final con el CFO (más motivacional)
Classical recruiting process with HR phone screening and interview with the hiring manager, with a really good follow-up during the recruitment process. The questions went from previous experience, technical capabilities and communication in different languages.
