Most ridiculous interview process ever. It took place over the period of six weeks, with five different interviews, each one with a separate assignment they expected a presentation on. My final interview required a plan to define, design, implement and track the efficiency of a new sales methodology corporate wide. This took over 10 hours to prepare and turned out to be about 15 slides. Once I got on the call, the CRO and VP of revenue operations stated they DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE ASSIGNMENT WAS. I had to go back to my email and literally read them the assignment I spent 10 hours of my personal time preparing for. Absolutely disrespectful.
