3 interview stages first an interview over the phone where questions needs to be answered with the STAR method then a role playing telephone interview then the third stage is face to face and are competency based questions.

Entrevista
1. Initial telephone call confirming interest and arrangements for telephone interview.
2. Telephone interview. Asking about yourself, your experience, your interest in the company. Second part of interview is STAR competency based questions. Answers are scored. I was called the next day and invited to take part in the next step. Follow up email detailing scenario of the next step.
3. The role play telephone call. A member of the recruitment team will call and role play begins. I may be different for everyone. I don't know
This is scored and a if successful a telephone call the day after will let you know your feedback and also make arrangements for your final stage.
4. The Face to Face Interview. Details will be emailed in order for you to refresh any gaps in your knowledge. The interview is again in two parts. Make sure you know your job description, the company and any questions you have. Second part is STAR competency.
I was contacted the next day with feedback and an offer.
