I dropped off my resume in-person at the store and came in for an interview the next day! I spoke directly with the manager and then had a phone call with the District Manager. The whole process was relatively easy and fast.
One group interview in person. Very informal and conversational, just getting to know you and making sure you are a good fit for brand and customer facing role. They were good about making sure everyone got the chance to speak and facilitating a positive group environment.

Very easy, messaged the store manager on LinkedIn when a job was posted and was contacted quickly about setting up an interview. Very typical interview and quite laid back, not stressful at all if you are confident in your skills.
