I applied online and was contacted after 3-4 weeks. I had a 30-minute zoom call with the hiring manager, who was very professional, kind, approachable, and balanced. Plus, a few hour after the call, he added me on linkedin. At the end of the interview, he gave me very positive feedback. The week after, HR reached out for a screening interview (yes, after the HM interview). Then, although they told me that they would reach out in 4-5 days, radio silence for 3 weeks despite two follow-up emails. They told me they were going to proceed with another candidate, but it took them another month to share feedback.
