The interview was as expected - all pretty typical interview questions. Know about Peel, development of Health Promotion programs, your experience both professional and in school, situational questions specific to the job being applied for, why you want to work there, etc.

Application submitted on their website. HR reached out to schedule an interview. One interview was done with the relevant supervisor and manager. Offer letter was sent around 3-4 weeks afterwards.

Two stages of the interview - total 90 minutes: first, complete a written test (30 minutes) and upto an hour interview with program supervisors. Total of 8 questions related to examples of qualifications related to job description; very formal. Contacted to provide references after if you make the short-list.
