I submitted an application and got an email that I was moving on to be considered. I got a call from human resources for an initial interview. She set up a time for the branch manager to interview me. A week later I got a call that they wanted to offer me the position. I had to take a drug test and fill out onboarding paperwork.
Long interview. You feel like you did good and they never call back. I interviewed with multiple people and they asked a lot about job experience. Yet, no call back.

It was a straight forward and simple process. There were two interviews. Both of these were good experiences overall. The process took around 2-3 weeks before getting an official offer.
