The interview process was poorly coordinated. The first scheduled interview was rescheduled by the interviewer. On the second scheduled date, I joined the meeting on time and waited, but the interviewer did not attend. I followed up via email and later received a message explaining there was a personal situation. Three days later, I received an informal phone call with some screening questions and was told that an MCQ round would be scheduled the next day. However, no formal scheduling or follow-up was provided after that. Overall, the process lacked structure and consistent communication, which made the experience confusing and disappointing from a candidate’s perspective.

1st round - MCQ(the recruiter shares the screen and asks us to answer the MCQs) 2nd round - in person technical assessment. - General introduction - The interviewer asks some vague questions - If we follow up with clarification questions, he repeats the same thing again - A coding task but we cannot use the IDE we got used to - 2, 3 buzz words without any context. We again follow up, the guy repeats the same things Cherry on top: I was asked "what are the types of Promises in JS" and I am not kidding + I had a witness in the room. - Absolute waste of time and ride money if you have to travel - On seeing the MCQs shared on a video call and ask the people to come in person for a 30-40 mins of meet up and ask us not to use the IDE we are comfortable with even they over see our screen, they must really have some trust issues. - Asked for a take home assignment. Request denied.
