Entrevista
The process started smooth with AI round, HR screening, discussion with the team leaders(3 in panel). The shift unlike the value - "transparency" happened after the 4th round with the Senior Manager of the team. Post this round, it has been 30 days and beyond and no update from recruiter. This is definitely not what the core values at Remote.com support. I tried connecting with the recruiter/other team members/skip/panel using employee handbook reference but no update and still waiting because I was certainly interested in the role after going through 4 rounds.................

Entrevista
I applied through Remote's website around mid-June and got an email that the company wants to start the interview process about a week later. I scheduled the interview with the recruiter as directed and it was a 15-minute call where I was just asked to explain my background. Nothing high profile. At the end of the interview itself, I was told that I will be progressing to the next round. The second interview occurred with the hiring manager. I was asked to explain my stints in further details and most questions were situation/behaviour-based. Immediately, I was asked to interview for the third and final round. The questions were again very situation specific and I mostly answered using the STAR method. A few days later I received the offer letter.
