I applied online and received an invitation for a one-way interview next day, the recorded interview was via SparkHire and done at my done convenience, with deadline in 5-6days. A phone call was set up with HR a couple of days later to talk about work schedule, location, salary expectation and benefit. A virtual interview happened a couple more days later with a director, a manager and a supervisor at Crew Scheduling, more like a conversation and scenario-based.

Applied and one day after got an email to do a one-way interview. Completed that and about a week or so later got an email from a recruiter to do a phone interview. That interview was about 20 minutes and very easy, asked me a few questions, and then described the role. Got offered to go to HQ and do an in person interview.
