Applied in June . In October I Received email of future open house for November sent in my resume for review and a couple days later received invite. There was only 7 people including myself at the event ! Kinda odd since they hadn't conduct any interviews In a while . Process very slow I must say. At the interview the recruiters were very personable and professional, they explain how life on reserved would be and they didn't sugar coat anything they made us feel at ease ! I have been to other open houses and I must say this one I was really relaxed. After presentation they have a chance for those who didn't want to continue to leave then 1:1 interviews began I was 2nd mine didn't last much I must say it was like 10 minutes. They told me the hiring is for 2016 so I would have to wait 2-6 weeks to find out if I got the job. A week later I received my CJO via email. Now just waiting on training dates!!
Watched a video explaining the role and company values. Then, there was an opportunity to practice recording. Make sure you look into the camera, and not at yourself! Most of the questions you are only allowed to record once. The question is presented, and you are giving 1-2 minutes to prepare your response.

Virtual recorded responses. About six questions, the question appeared on the screen, there's a countdown, then you must record your response. Some questions we're a timed for one minute with one minute to respond. Some allowed more time to respond.

One-way video interview—2 minutes prep time for each question, 2 minutes allowed for each response, no retakes. There was an 11-minute intro video that discussed the company's background, mission, culture statement, scheduling, and pay expectations. This was followed by a 2.5-minute tutorial on how to record and submit responses. There was also an opportunity to do a practice recording before beginning, so that was helpful. It was very awkward to talk directly to the camera without a person there, so be prepared for that, but it was good practice and a learning experience if nothing else. I recommend recording yourself responding to interview questions before sitting down to do the interview.
