      Entrevista

      I was first reached out to by an individual in HR for a phone screen who was very energetic and positive. She checked in with me between stages of the interview as well to ask how it was going and ask for feedback from each round which showed me the org is always trying to improve, which I liked. Because I was going to be relocating and on vacation through the latter half of the process, I did all of the rounds via phone/screen share and I was given ample time to ask any and all questions regarding the team I'd be working with and company culture. After the phone screen I then spoke with my potential manager a few days later, followed by a call with the head of the sales organization the following day. The last interview was the most unlike the others as I was asked a series of big-picture questions not typical of an inside sales role interview such as "take 5 minutes to choose an adjective that best describes yourself and present to me on why that illustrates who you are." My final call was with HR once again because I requested to renegotiate my compensation, and within an hour of that call it was approved and I signed my offer letter. I now help interview for this department and we have changed our process to include a small on-site panel of potential peers, followed by individual interviews with management and the director of the insides sales department. Peer interviews are for culture-fit type questions, and interviews with management are for more granular skills and tasks-based questions.

Which departments internally do you interact with over the course of a deal and what was the timeline of that? Current quotas/what was the team average and how did you rank quarterly/annually?
