Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Research to Practice em jun. de 2023
Entrevista
I interviewed with this company over the course of a month. In that time, I had received another offer from a different company and let RTP know since I still preferred their organization, despite the lower salary range. I was told I would have a job offer the next week and ultimately turned down the other position. ( RTP's position was fully remote and in a field I felt a personal connection to, as a recent cancer survivor myself). When the time came to make an offer, I was asked to complete an additional test instead and, 2 days later, was told, "Thanks but no thanks." These things happen, but I felt extremely disappointed in this organization for not being transparent and upfront about their lack of interest in me. They were given ample opportunity to turn me down or express any concerns they had with my background and instead insisted I was a great candidate- on multiple occasions. (I even have a link in my email from their HR department to sign me up for direct deposit). Similar to what many of their reviews elude to, take their word with a grain of salt- trusting what they said at face value cost me a six-figure opportunity and extended my job search unnecessarily.

Asked about background, "what drives you," and more questions about likes and dislikes to see where you could fit in within the organization (creative vs analytical, etc)
