There was a phone interview followed with going into the office for a face to face that included a panel on the phone. Then finally a facilitation demo for a panel that was also video taped.

Entrevista
First a brief phone screening. Then, set up for a phone interview. Next, asked to attend an in-person panel interview at the site. Then, invited to present a 15-20 minute presentation based on facilitator guide and PowerPoint slides sent over via email 48 hours prior to scheduled interview time.
The process was nice because the Corporate HR contact who conducted the phone interview is the one that called back with feedback to advise if made it to the next stage of the process. This person (Ms. McQueen) had genuine caring and compassion in the process her emails and voice calls were inspiring.
