A relatively easy interview which a recruiter provides a study guide for. If you don't know an answer just say you do not know and be willing to relate to some general questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and "Name a time you experienced difficulty in the workplace during a customer service experience". Overall it was a very easy interview.
