Process pretty quick and easy. After initial interview you take an 20 question assessment that is based off of your knowledge of coding terminology. Overall pretty quick and easy. However, once hired that training is a huge learning curve. Training is remote so you have to download a lot of different softwares. If you miss information you will fall behind very quickly
