First is a long email application followed by online psycology tests. If you pass through those you dress up and use your webcam to film yourself answering interview questions. All pretty easy and you have an in-house recruiter guiding you through. First steps are very easy and you can get through them with little problems and your probably going to be invited in for an interview. Last step is a panel interview. Usually to back to back interviews with two people each. No conversation, they simply read you questions and you answer them. You assume at this point your one of a few candidates being interviewed but they bring in a lot for the same position so just because you get an interview doesn't mean your anywhere near getting an offer. They like young guys that have potato chip route experience because that's basically what the job is. Your told up front that the location you interview for is not necessarily the one you will be offered and they mean it big time. Offer or rejection comes quickly, usually in 48 hours.
