Interview process took about a month in total but only because I had multiple interviews and offers and asked for time extensions. Interview consisted of Hiring phone screen Initial tech screen: light coding challenge with behavioral and situational questions 2 video interviews: one 60 minute Technical Assessment meeting with team members and one 45 minute meeting with external team member for cross collaboration insight Followup phone calls to recap each interview One of the founders also wrote a personalized email and addressed some of my concerns. I was very impressed with the amount of communication throughout the process and everyone I spoke with really exuded the culture of Ribbon!
