Firstly, there was a brief phone interview covering technical topics (~30 minutes). Next was a full day interview on site in Tucson. The in-person portion included several interviewers all asking technical questions in their areas of expertise. I found their process to be very quick, and the interviews were genuinely enjoyable. I much preferred their process to having many rounds of interviews spanning over the course of weeks.
