I was pleased with the interview process up until I had an in person interview. After driving 5 hours and paying all expenses out of my own pocket (which I didn't mind), they told me a decision would be made within 2 days and I'd hear back. After 3 weeks and countless emails, they finally got back with a rejection email. I was ignored every time I emailed or called and was extremely disappointed with how they handled it, considering the effort I put in on my end to be there.

People were professional, courteous and very nice. Interview process was a bit lengthy, but organized. However, after initial phone interview and several in-person meetings that followed, it's now been over a month since last contact. After leaving several emails and voice mails, I haven't heard a word. Very disappointing for such a promising company.
