Multi staged interview process. Starts with a career overview with managing partner. This went extremely well as it gave a comprehensive overview of the business as well as the expectation for what kind of people can find success with their company. Second interview would have been one on one with managing director, interview did not occur as a result of the managing director missing interview. The managing director was very apologetic for missing the interview and immediately tried to help by setting up another interview that would have fit into their schedule. Had to wait a week between first and second interview and would have had to wait another week to reschedule. After expressing the restrictions of my time table for a second interview he explained that we would not have been a good fit as their company is interested in taking the time to properly vet their employees.
