Applied online through the Marriott Website and took a test online. Once submitted i received a call for an interview. I was interviewed by the Supervisor of Loss Prevention as well as the Director. The interview was relaxed and then they showed me around the property. I received a call a few days later from Human resources asking me to come back and fill out preemployment paper work. After a couple days i was offered the job.

It was very straightforward. The director asked me the basic questions of “what would I do in certain situations” I was also asked about my previous employers. Why do I think I would be right for the job, long term goals.
