1 Call interview General question they ask about education, experience etc.
2 Recruiter Screening Again general questions about working experience
3 Personality Introduction You have to introduce yourself in a unique way so that people can remember you in later conversation.
4 Assessment round They will give you some scenarios and you have to give your best.

Entrevista
Just a quick and short interview; the whole application process fast and responsive; only one round phone interview; only ask for four or five question. All question is straight forward and direct
Won't feel stress and takes up to one hour for the interview, interviewer will share the job scope during interview and makes the interview like normal conversation, Everything is great and I get the offer after two days of the interview.
