The first step in the hiring process was a CodeSignal coding challenge with multiple questions. On proceeding from that, there was a phone call with the recruiter. The recruiter recommends you to the teams hiring and if they like your resume you move forward.

Online assessment into phone screen. Had technical issues scheduling the interview. Lack of response for rescheduling interviews. Limited interview spots, next interview was over a month later. Seems like they add too many people to their pipeline at a time.
