The first interview was with HR, then the hiring Manager, then with 4-5 different individuals. After all rounds of interviews, a decision was made and was contacted by recruiter with the proposed offer

Call with 2 recruiters, Call with Hiring Manager/Director and Onsite with bunch of random people who had no clue what they were doing (most of them if not all). I left with a pretty bad taste in my mouth as most of the people that I met were outright incompetent for the jobs they were doing.
