I applied thru a website that lists contract jobs only, after a week or so they contacted me asking me to complete a form and a mock project, that took me a couple of hours. I sent those to them, and they said they would review them and get back to me. They never did. I have been asked to complete some sort of code challenge before, that's fine, but to not even bother to respond to me and let me know they didnt like my code or whatever? Thats potentially the most unprofessional experince I've had in an interview process, and that says a lot about them.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Robots and Pencils (Calgary, AB) em mai. de 2019

I submitted my profile on LinkedIn and R&P reached out to me. They arranged all the interviews including code challenge swiftly and smoothly. The whole process includes four steps, preliminary interview, code challenge, technical interview, and culture screen. The whole process was pleasant and thoroughly arranged. No complaints at all.
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Robots and Pencils.
Entrevista
I was referred by an employee. The process was pretty fast paced which was refreshing.
I was sent a questionnaire, that felt like a little bit of a one-sided interview, but was not too bad.
Afterwards I was sent a coding test, which was actually a little refreshing as they were more concerned with though process and you could stub class with pseudo code and comment and focus more on the architecture of the solution.
From there was I was offered an interview, and them a few days I was available for an interview. I heard nothing back. I followed up about the interview times and offered to suggest new ones, and heard nothing.
That turned one of the more enjoyable interview experiences into a waste of time and left me feeling a little disrespected.
