The interview process was 2-3 months, as many candidates were reviewed in a series of rounds. Each candidate was reviewed by a different set of people each time. The questions varied on qualification to development. The entire process was very difficult, but I understand that the company does an extensive amount of vetting before hiring an individual to work for the Fund, as many individuals stay with the company for, on average, a decade.

I applied online through school portal. Was sent an invitation to interview. Had to fill in a new application form. Came in (beautiful office BTW) had interview with head of HR and two dept. heads. It was interesting and informative, conversational and casual. I was told I would be informed of any developments, or second round. Followed up a couple weeks after and was told I would be let know what their decision would be. Still haven't heard back.
