Started with a technical phone interview that went over my past experience. I then got a codility test that wasn't very difficult but it was enough to stump beginners. There was another phone interview after that with a few people on the team I would be working with. Followed by a final "in person" zoom call. Honestly, it was one of the best interviews I've ever experienced. They asked me a handful of questions that I did not know the answer to. Those questions sent me on a path of learning over the past 4 months that has greatly increased my knowledge of SQL Server. I am upset that I did not get the job but I am going to try again if I get the chance.
