Had a recruiter phone screen, followed by a tech phone screen (questions were very relevant to the job). Following that, the recruiter promptly responded back within a day to arrange a time for the onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of 5 rounds with the leads of some of the core teams with whom the devops team would be working /interacting along with the manager for the devops team itself. Questions were technical as well as culture based. Everyone was very down to earth and pragmatic. The offer was also made within a day of completing the onsite interview process. On the whole - a very positive and smooth experience.
