Entrevista
The hiring process is pretty easy as they find it very hard to retain teachers for too long. I submitted my CV before their December deadline for Spring 2011 and then had a skype interview with the Dean and was offered a job. Indians have to go through a face to face interview in Kolkata and Bangalore, but since I am the first Bangladeshi to apply to this college and there weren't any others, I had to go through a skype interview. Westerners also have to go through a similar process.

Entrevista
The interview process lacked competitiveness and was very easy. There were no subject oriented questions which I found very strange. I was interviewed for a post in the English department there which is infected with severe politics.
The functioning process is highly questionable. They have a weird fetishism towards white-skinned people who are underqualified and still they easily survive the job. The institution is a big fad as it only blindly mimics the functioning of the western and westernized institutions.
