The interview seemed intimidating at first but the people were super nice and not intimidating at all. They described the job quiet well and there is super potential for growth within the company. Have not received an offer yet. Just interviewed 2 days ago.

The interview was primarily conversational and followed a typical structured interview format. The interviewer asked behavioral and situational questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Much of the discussion focused on my previous work experience, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and examples of how I handled challenges in the workplace. The atmosphere was professional and allowed for a detailed discussion of my qualifications and experience.
