Entrevista
I applied for the first position in late December, position was filled without any word. I continued applying. I received a phone interview with HR Recruiter, who suggested I apply for a different role. Had another phone interview with a different Recruiter. Recruiter approved and passed me along to the Manager, Manager approved and passed me along to the Director. At this point, it had been all phone interviews - I don't think that is typical, but the Manager was in CA and I'm in WA, and the Director was traveling and scheduling was difficult. After the Director approved, I was scheduled for a 2 hour onsite interview - 1 hour with another Manager, and 1 hour with 2 individuals that would be my peers.

Entrevista
It was lengthy yet very interesting speaking to different members of the leadership team. I met the Client Success Manager and Director. Great to have the meeting onsite also. Both manager and director are still with the company today with 15 years worth of experience between them.
