Three technical rounds. One techno managerial - system design round. It took almost 3 weeks for them to provide the final feedback. Actually two technical plus one managerial but as the interviewer unsure , so they went with additional technical round.

The interview experience was poorly managed. I received a rescheduling email with minimal notice, just 1.5 hours before the scheduled time. The hiring system's communication channels were inefficient, making it difficult to get quick responses. The interview process lacked clarity, with inconsistent approaches across different teams. The on-site interview setup was unprofessional - I was seated in a working area instead of a proper meeting room. Additionally, the team struggled to establish a video connection with an overseas team member, further complicating the interview.

It's incredibly frustrating to have aced a technical interview and after answering all of the questions only to be met with radio silence from HR despite multiple follow-ups; it's an unprofessional way to reject a candidate.
