The process took less than 15 mins via a zoom call. The interviewers were welcoming, told me all I needed to expect and corrected me when I was wrong. They first introduced themselves, asked me how I heard about the program. Asked for my strength and weakness. Scenario based questions. And what I think of critisism. Also, if I am good at learning on my own and how I have demonstrated that.
The recruitment process for the SAP Young Professionals Program was remarkably fast and efficient. It began with a friendly preliminary phone screening to discuss my background. Shortly after, I was invited for a formal interview. The final stage involved completing an online assessment test. Overall, the communication was clear, and the steps followed a logical, professional order.
The initial call came and the interviewer was kind and asked really easy questions. The process was smooth because I prepared well. The final interview was also really easy because they sent links with what you need to prepare.
Interview process was very smooth and simple.
A nice lady gives you a call to let you know what to prepare for before the actual phone interview. Afterwards you are invited for an aptitude. If you pass, there is a second zoom interview.
