Applied on-line, received an e-mail from a bot to schedule a phone screen. Did that and had the 1st interview which went well. They had the bot schedule three back to back video interviews and given their responses it went well. Was told they would get back to me in two days. Sent thank you notes to all interviewers. No response back. Sent a follow up. No response. one month later and STILL NO rejection e-mail. No formal response back. What is even worse a family member works at SAP. He is very embarrassed about the lack of follow up or response. Definitely not what they advertise themselves to be i.e. wonderful place to work, growth opportunities, work life balance etc.

Application via system, phone screen with recruiter - explained experience, motivations and ideal role. Was told about process, culture and benefits. Had face to face interview with Team lead and other recruiter. Final stage - manager phone interview. Offer after 2 days.
