Out of all interviews, this one by far has to be the best! it consisted of 3 stages stage 1- Meeting to learn about the role and decide if it suits you stage 2- Panel presentation/interview, 3 individuals watching you. Add personality to your presentation in the right places and keep it formal at the same time. Was nervous before I started however, when I met everyone I was very relaxed because everyone was very nice and friendly. Stage 3- If you pass stage 2 then you go onto stage 3 which is with one of the CEO's via video chat. I was calm and I was being myself. It more of a chat about myself and who I am rather than an interview full of questions.
