1st round is gd. if you qualify you goto interview round. In interview communication and to the point answers are important. Either they ask questionfrom the syllabus they are not too tough.

They phoned me for a basic screening after 3 weeks of my application being submitted. I then invited to 1st stage interview. I have not gone through the first interview yet but I will be updating the outcomes as soon as I got them.

1. Resume Shortlisting -Based on your projects done, as per the profile. Some software oriented like Petrel, Tech log, PROSPER etc. 2. GD Round -General topics were provided like, ZERO, NOTHING, BLUE etc. 3. Technical Round 1 -More focused on your resume, projects done, internships done, and past job experience 4. Technical Round 2 -Technical based on Reservoir basics, like Reservoir simulation, PROSPER, drive mechanisms, capillary pressure vs saturation, and more basic questions.
