The campus recruitment process consists of four steps: an online aptitude test (covering electrical, physics, mechanical, math), a three minutes interview (behavioral questions), a focus group discussion, and an HR interview.

I got the interview from the career services office at my school. I tried to contact them in person but it did not work until I got the referral from the Business career service. The interview is a normal 1:1 behavioral interview with lots of questions about my preferred working environment and my skills. However, they did not extend an offer to me. I regret not having enough time to tell them all the things that I wanted to tell. The interviewer was nice.
