I was interviewed in 2017 and got a call from recruiter asking as an urgent position. further peocess was kind of smooth and simple process. I didn't expect the position was so urgent that they hired me in 3 days even when I relocated to bangalore. I wasn't sure though but didn't have time to think upon the same much. The same can be more formalised and intuitive which was missing in the hiring process. It was traditional style of interview taking however hike I got was satisfactory. Online assessment can also be started for interview process instead of calling candidate multiple times. They didn't ask much about personal details only technical competency was the focus, I refreshed the concept which I experienced in previous organisation and in my B. Tech. Exposure can be better for a new joiner and interviewee
