Entrevista
1 on 1 interview followed by a Group / Panel meeting. A presentation to the team was then mandated, post which offer was rolled out.
The first round involved the meeting with the Corporate HR. This was then followed up with a meeting with the Head - HR & Training.
The last round mandated me to make a presentation to the entire HR Team who decided if I fit into the culture of the organisation.
