Good interview experience , dress code should be neat , you need more confidence, technical knowledge must be important, communication is not a big problem your skills are most important one and nice environment to start your career
They are very thorough and require proper preparation. Be well prepared and try to answer all questions. Take original documents and be there on time. Also, manners go a long way.

I have cleared all the rounds, they asked for my documents, I have sent all the documents. After that, they have not called me, and when I call the HR, they don't pick up my phone calls.
