Initial contact was speedy and friendly. Steps were: -30 minute phone call out of the blue. -1 hour video call with manager and their manager. -1 hour presentation/demo to 3 managers In the last stage, the manager who was initially friendly earlier in the process seemed to manifest a personality change to became the bad cop, in front of his superiors. I'm still not sure what happened and the only feedback I got after chasing up the recruiter was that I didn't know about business.

The recruiter came into contact with me in Dec 2020. Followed by a Technical Screening with 1 interviewer which was followed by a set of 5 interviews by different members of the organization. The questions were basic based on the resume and extremely accommodating and I got the offer later that week. This was followed by a basic background check.
