Applied online. Had a telephone inteview. Then was called in for a group interview. That same day, they called me b a c k with a job offer. I went back in and interviewed with a single person and signed papers.

Sat down with customer service lead and was asked a series of questions. Mostly about experience with customer service and about availability. Process was very smooth and easy. I was offered a job.
It was very quick and mostly a formality. Asked questions such as how to deal with customers and your strengths. They were very nice and asked when to start immediately after.
