      Very fast! Applied on Indeed, heard from a recruiter for an initial screen, then a phone interview with a team lead and finally an in-person interview with 3 different people Everything was very personalized and I was immediately greeted by name when I walked in and brought to a conference room. My name was posted on the board in there with a welcome and paper, a pen and a granola bar were provided as well as anything I wanted to drink. The best interview experience I have had.

      It was around 4 interviews on 1 month process approx but every stage its so good and have a great organization, it was first contact with HR then support technicians, the supervisor on operations/production, and a customer experience manager

      it was easy, very good communicatting the process ( what to expect, times, etc) and when had questions they were resolved really fast. and the follow up via phone is also good.

      Entrevista

      I applied online and was reached out by their recruiter immediately. After setting up a phone screen, I was asked to do another phone screen. Both were handled during the week. My next step was to go meet them in person at the San Francisco HQ. It was a very pleasant interview, you feel very welcomed there with your name written on the whiteboard and a notepad and snack. I thought everything went well, but unfortunately did not get an offer. They let me know within the week by phone that they ended up going with another candidate, but appreciated me coming in. Regardless, it was a very pleasant experience and appreciate them for how they handled everything.
