There were three stages. First stage: 30min recruiter call, talking about company values, teamwork etc. Second stage: 1h coding interview Third stage: virtual on-site, consists of three parts (1h another coding part, 1h system design part, 1h talk with hiring manager). There were no weird theoretical questions. All coding stages had one task to solve for 1 hour. Overall, the experience is pretty good. Almost everyone was nice and the questions were reasonable. The hiring manager is just a super great guy. But the guy for second coding part is not, there was a feeling that he did not care about the interview at all. This was the last interview so the impressions remained bad.

Initial screening + Initial coding + (Manager + Coding + System Design). All pretty standard, besides the first coding interview being substantially more challenging than the other. Shout out to the awesome recruiter (Jakub) who was very responsive all along.

The interview process was pretty standard. The interviewer gave me a task that he couldn't solve himself and was not able to guide me through it or offer assistance when needed.
