Was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter, had a 15 min casual chat. I then spoke to the recruiter at Sandbox. The process was friendly and easygoing. Was contacted 1 week after speaking to the recruiter with a rejection. Was not given a test or coding challenge, and had 7 years of VR development experience, so I was disappointed to be discarded as a candidate without a coding challenge or post-recruiter interview.
