Was reached out to by recruiter to complete interview process. They wanted references nearly immediately only to take plenty of time giving an answer back following all the work done to provide them with interview times that would work and reaching out to four individuals to provide a reference. Also asked if they were looking for dual specialty provider and was told "no" but it is evident they continue to look for FNP/PMHNP as posting is still up months later. This happened to a colleague as well who interviewed.
