Applied online and went in for my interview. Questions were about my supervisor and ref experience. Scenarios and some diversity questions. They want you to focus on how you can manage a group and be able to maintain control over a game.

It was like any other interview. What challenges have you faced? What are your strengths and weaknesses? How can you be an asset to our team? etc. Prep, but don't be stressed out because they want students to work on their teams.
